Macro divergence ledger · supervisory view

The mirror-statistics gap, measured live.

What Country A reports exporting never equals what Country B reports importing, and the gap is where mispricing hides. Today it is reconciled from national aggregates, years late. A live Mirror network measures the same divergence continuously, per corridor, from signed reconciliations — and without any party seeing a trade. This is that ledger.

Corridors on the book

Divergence rate is divergent ÷ (reconciled + divergent) — a proportion of observed verdicts, shown with its denominator. It is a measurement, never a risk score, and never a judgement about a jurisdiction or anyone trading through it. Velocity is the change against the prior period.

Structurally dark corridors

Not a corridor with clean trades — a corridor where a whole leg never arrives. A systematic absence of the customs leg is the shape of routing through a free-trade zone or a jurisdiction that does not file. No single member can see it, because each sees only its own legs. Reported about a corridor, never a party.

Withheld for k-anonymity

A corridor figure that only one or two members could have produced is attributable back to them, and publishing it would leak through the aggregate exactly what the aggregate exists to hide. Cells below k distinct contributing members are withheld — k counts members, not verdicts, and is never below 2.
